n celebration of my recent purchase! 25 chickens!!!! Yep.. I will have about 75 eggs a week! It will be my first time to ever have chickens and I cant wait! They will be delivered to me around the 21st. They will be little tiny puff balls at first and will start laying eggs in about 6 months. If anyone has any chicken advice then please comment! Otherwise.. if you don't have any tips, then comment anyways, heehee!

My husband is graduating and got a new job! So that means I am going to be VERY busy packing up all of our belongings and getting ready for the big move. Christmas is my favorite holiday of ALL by FARRRR!!! I love how everyone gets together to give each other stuff.. whether it be a toy or an extremely meaningful letter! Today I bought my final gifts for everyone.. I think they will really enjoy them! Since I spent all day doing that I decided to do some dream shopping for myself! I LOVE kawaii stuff.. so I have been looking at www.kawaiicorner.com and a ton of other kawaii stores. The cool thing about kawaii is that most of it is small and cheap! I love the cute stickers and stationary.. I plan on purchasing some for using with my atc cards when I send them out. OH and for all you ladies... If you are not sure of what to get your man.. I recommend XHeli.com!! They have these awesome little rc helicopters.. I got one for my husband and he about fainted. I like the coco lama. I recommend one of the $30 ones not the $180 ones! They are way to complicated for any first time flyer!

Alzheimer's is a common and serious brain disease. The first noticeable symptoms of Alzheimer's are: loss of memory, trouble performing tasks, poor judgement, misplacing things, inability to think and understand and gradual changes in behaviour.

I feel very strongly about this because I have known so many people that have had to go through this with a loved one. Its very very sad to see this happen to people. I cannot imagine someday my mother not knowing who I am! But it DOES happen and OFTEN...

The Alzheimer's Association Memory Walk is the nation's largest event to raise awareness and funds for Alzheimer care, support and research. Held annually in hundreds of communities across the country, this inspiring event calls on volunteers of all ages to become champions in the fight against Alzheimer's. Since 1989, Memory Walk has raised more than $225 million. Team captains are needed NOW! Team Captains need to sign up early to ensure they have enough time to recruit a team and raise funds for the cause!

The Alzheimer's Memory Walk is nationwide(they even have one in my area, I checked!).. So you CAN sign up! Please sign up early, its for a great cause!

Denton Lund Original Painting

This is an original Denton Lund Painting. He is a world wide known artist, and from what I hear, this painting is worth a ton. Due to me being an extremely desperately poor college kid I am selling it! Me and my husband are building a home and need the money very badly!
The painting was given to me by my mother. It is very beautiful and in good shape as you can see in the pictures.
I talked to Denton Lund's wife through email and she has told me he previously signed his paintings RL Denton. Get in touch with her through his website: http://www.dentonlund.com/ and email them if you would like to confirm and hear it from the source that this is very much an original Authentic painting.

I was going to sell it on ebay but did not know it would cost me $50 just to list it!!! Me being poor cannot afford to do so. So I am forced to try and sell it through my blog.

My mother has another one by him of a little indian girl. If you would also be interested in it let me know and I will ask her if she would be willing to sell.

Cho means butterfly in Japanese! She is a bit of a social butterfly but is in fact very shy. She spends her time hanging out with school friends and trying to fit in avoiding attention. Animals seem to really give her alot of unwanted attention.. especially a little cat named chi! (shhh..She secretly is obsessed with cute animals but doesnt want her friends to know, scared that they might think of her as an immature child) Maybe she will learn its ok to be herself?

This is a new anime/manga I am hoping to develop soon.. follow along through her crazy and very funny adventure as she learns sometimes its best to be herself even if she does not fit in!
